We had our first appointment with Frontier and were blown away by the customer service! My 2.5 year old son was being seen for some skin issues and all the staff were patient and very pleasant! Laura made scheduling our appointment a breeze, Kerri was interactive with not only me but also my son which I love and Dr. Ferguson, he was outstanding with my little guy and made friends with him instantly by giving him some stickers! Dr. Ferguson also answered all my questions and explained things in a very simple to understand way! We were very pleased with our first encounter at Frontier and will be returning for any other skin needs! Thanks Frontier Team!
I saw Dr Ferguson today and he was absolutely amazing. I always feel uncomfortable going in for a skin check but he made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. He explained things well and was very thorough. The nurse / practitioner was also super great.
I had a good experience here having a skin check up. I was nervous about going as I hadn`t been in 5 years but Dr Ian Ferguson was very kind and his team were friendly and positive, The front desk were also welcoming. Dr Ferguson was informative and thorough. Now I feel more comfortable returning for regular check ups!

Wonderful office! They are prompt, personable and I couldn't be happier! I love Aveed Dai, RN, BSN. She is so great! Very nice, and so gentle, she did an excellent job on my face and skin issues! What a difference! I'm still going back to finish up, but so far I am grateful for the improvements! I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and the kindness in this office! Well worth going, I am very pleased with the results!
Professional and competent nurses and doctors. Vena did an excellent job removing my cancer from my arm and my nurse, Ann was also excellent and very thorough. I left knowing exactly how to take care of my wound. The front office ladies welcome you and were very helpful!
Wouldn't recommend. Have had pre cancer mole removed years ago and was told by previous Doc to get annual check-ups, since I'm high risk. Moved to WA and was told by this Doc that I only needed check-ups once every 5 years. Place also had weird vibes. I go to a better Doc now :)
Dr. Song was very attentive and explained all steps, thoughts, results very thoroughly. He made sure I was satisfied with all answers before proceeding with anything and didn't just "slap a bandaid" on the issue and rush me on my way as I've had with previous dermatologists. I ended up having to do a skin biopsy and was told to expect results back within 1-2 weeks (during the holidays) and had results back in just 5 days.
I'm guessing the rest of the team is just as great since there was a line out the door (literally) of others checking in for their appts when I arrived. I made small talk with the receptionist upon check in asking if it was like this all the time and she said it's quite busy everyday no matter what time of day!
